In order to do away with club code doubles in the ACDirect system all BC Athletics affiliated clubs need to come up with a four letter code for thier club. The BC Athletics office needs to have these codes finalized and sent in to Athletics Canada quickly. Clubs need to submit 3 different codes and list their order of preference no later than December 30, 2010.
If your club currently has a 4 letter code and you would like to change it then this is your opportunity. A list of all current club codes can be found on the BC Athletics website at – http://www.bcathletics.org/main/clubs.htm#clublist These codes are the only codes that your club should use. We will endeavour to give clubs their requested codes but in the case of duplicates – either within BC or with another club in Canada a decision may have to be made. Clubs will be notified for their input in these cases. The BC Athletics office will assign codes for clubs who do not submit any choices.
