BC Athletics Junior Track & Field Team Prepares for Junior Nationals and Pan Am Junior Team Selection
BC Athletics is pleased to provide an update on the BC Junior Track and Field Team. Some of the athletes named to the team when first posted have subsequently been selected to representCanadaat the World Youth Track and Field Championships and are not able to compete at the Junior Nationals. In addition 2 athletes have been added to the team list based on: declining Cdn Wrld Yth selection and information that was not available at the time of selection. It was deemed that they had qualified and would be added to the team. One of the team coaches has also declined and has been replaced.
- Relays Teams: BC Athletics has entered the following relays teams:
- Women’s 4 x 100m
- Men’s 4 x 100m
- Women’s 4 x 400m
- Men’s 4 x 400m
The Sprints, Hurdles and Relay Team Coach will put together the athletes for these teams.
